    Thank you for shopping with us! While we do not accept returns for t-shirts, we are happy to offer exchanges. Please review the details below to understand our exchange policy before making a purchase.

    Exchange Policy

    • No Returns: All t-shirt sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds.
    • Exchanges Accepted: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Eligibility for Exchanges

    • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
    • Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, bags, and protective materials.
    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

    Exchange Process

    • Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team via email at to initiate an exchange. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
    • Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
    • Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the Exchange Authorization Number inside the package. Ship the package to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Processing Exchanges

    • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria.
    • New Item Shipment: If approved, your exchange item will be shipped to you. If the requested item is not available, you will be contacted to choose an alternative item of equal value.
    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and the new item shipment.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    • Inspection: We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
    • Claims: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide store credit, including return shipping costs.
